Before you return any item please contact us for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The item must be returned to us absolutely unused and new, in its original condition and original packaging(s) along with the Certificate of Authenticity/Appraisal Report and security tags. If the pearl jewelry item is used and security tags removed, there will not be any exchange/return. The return package should be postmarked and the RMA number written on the package. We strongly recommend that you insure the items as we will not be responsible for lost, delay or damaged items in transit. If the credit/debit card was charged for your purchase, the amount will be credited back to your account within thirty days of receipt of the shipment minus the standard shipping charges of $9.50 plus the handling fees of fifteen percent of the total price. If Fed-Ex is used for shipping and paid by us, then the customers have to bear additional shipping charges.
